Introduction to Holistic Wellness (45 mins) : - Understanding holistic wellness and its significance. - Introduction to Panchabhutta Theory (Five Elements) and the relationship between Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. - Explore how Vata influences stress and relationships. 2) Mind-Body Connection & Lifestyle Practices (1 Hour) - Dietary tips to balance doshas and creating a stronger physical body to manage stress - Night routines for better well-being and the importance of quality sleep. - Practical self-care routines to balance daily stress . 3) Understanding Yogic perspective & Techniques to shift perspectives (1 Hour 15 mins) - Introduction to Panchaya Kosha Theory (Five Sheaths) - Insights into how stress affects the physical body & Yoga poses for stress balance and integration into daily life. - Introduction to Pranayama & Guided meditation to release stress.
